We are so happy to once again be able to meet face-to-face with you. These are some of the things we are doing to protect you and the staff at 20/20 Counseling during this ongoing pandemic.
The seating in the waiting rooms and therapist's offices have been spread out in order to allow for the recommended physical distancing.
We will maintain safe physical distancing.
Therapists and clients are requested to wear masks.
Hand sanitizer is available in each office as well as all waiting areas. Appointments are scheduled at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
Therapists will adhere to stringent start/stop times to minimize wait time.
Clients are asked to arrive no earlier than five minutes before their scheduled appointment time. If you prefer to wait in your car rather than the waiting room, your therapist will be happy to text you when they are able to begin your session.
If it is necessary to have someone accompany you to your appointment, we ask that they wait in the car or main lobby of the building unless they are joining your session.
Credit card pads, pens and other commonly used items are thoroughly sanitized after each use. If you would like, your credit card can be kept on file in order to eliminate the need to share items.
Each therapist office will be wiped down between client sessions.
All office areas are disinfected at the end of each day.
