Meet our Therapists

Kathy Reiser, MA, LPC

I am a dedicated, compassionate therapist with almost twenty years of experience in the mental health field.  I began my career as a therapist after years of working in healthcare administration and fitness. I loved working in the fitness industry finding my greatest pleasure was  hearing the life stories of my clients and helping them achieve their goals. It was this that ignited my passion for counseling. With young children and a supportive husband at home, I went back to school to earn my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.

After completing my degree, I worked in an agency  that served children, adolescents and families in the school and home setting. This experience provided exposure to a broad range of issues and prepared me to transition my work to a private counseling setting.

For the past five years I have been working as a practitioner in a group practice. In this position, I have been fortunate to work with adolescents, adults and couples to  resolve issues that have been preventing them from leading their best lives. This has been a fulfilling experience; I have seen first hand the powerful impact realized by those choosing to embrace the therapeutic process.

This past year I made the decision to start a new venture by opening my own private practice, 20/20 Counseling, LLC.  Though much of my work will remain the same, I'm committed to adding services such as positive lifestyle change management, life coaching and a variety of support groups which will provide a holistic approach to the therapeutic process.  I  look forward to helping you develop the inner resources needed to maximize your potential, improve your relationships and once again enjoy the life you are living.
