Please include the type of insurance you have and indicate if you are interested in individual or couples counseling. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note that at this time, Ashley Ciavarella, Kelsey Nataupsky and Jeanne Grymko are accepting new patients. Cammy Crane is accepting new patients for virtual appointments only.

Kathy Reiser and Tina Arendash are not able to add to their schedules at this time.
