Services are often covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Check with your provider to determine if we are an approved provider with your plan. It is helpful to check your coverage carefully before your first appointment by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
All copays are due at the time of your appointment. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
There is a $35 fee for appointments that are not canceled 24-hours in advance.
