I am a dedicated, compassionate therapist with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field.  I began my career as a therapist after years of working in healthcare administration and fitness. I loved working in the fitness industry finding my greatest pleasure was  hearing the life stories of my clients and helping them achieve their goals. It was this that ignited my passion for counseling.

When first starting my career in counseling,  I worked in an agency setting that served children, adolescents and families. This experience provided exposure to a broad range of issues and prepared me to transition my work to a private counseling setting.  

After several years, I transitioned from the agency setting to a private group practice. I have been fortunate to work with adolescents, adults and couples to  resolve issues that have been preventing them from leading their best lives. This has been a fulfilling experience; I have seen first hand the powerful impact realized by those choosing to embrace the therapeutic process.

In 2016, I started my own practice, 20/20 Counseling.  The practice is committed to adding services such as positive lifestyle change management, life coaching and a variety of support groups to provide a holistic approach to the therapeutic process.  In addition, the practice has been fortunate to add several associates that share my vision. This has broadened the scope of what the practice has to offer.  I  look forward to helping you develop the inner resources needed to maximize your potential, improve your relationships and once again enjoy the life you are living. 

I am also lisenced in Pennyslavia and Florida, able to do online therapy for residents of both states.
