Kelsey Nataupsky

Kelsey is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. She is a relationship expert who works with couples, families and individuals.

Kelsey graduated from University of Hartford in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She then went on to complete her Master's degree at Syracuse University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She received her Master's in 2009. In 2013, Kelsey obtained clinical licensure as an LMFT approved by the Pennsylvania State Board. 

Kelsey is passionate about helping people understand generational cycles, recognizing unhealthy patterns with self and others in order to build healthy relationships and to address their struggles to make positive life changes. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy(IFS) and Structural Family Therapy. Kelsey uses Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method techniques when working with couples. 

Kelsey is committed to creating a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts and experiences and challenge themselves to create lasting changes. Kelsey specializes in treating trauma experienced throughout the lifetime and specifically trauma from sexual and physical assault and childhood abuse and neglect. Kelsey helps individuals to improve their understanding of and the daily management of anxiety and mood disorders with both adolescents and adult clients. She also works with couples to address a variety of problems such as life changes, communication, co-parenting and infidelity. Kelsey collaborates with families to address parent-child relationship, parenting, and boundaries with the goal of improving family interactions.
